Homestead Village participates in an affordable housing program. Total household income must be under the following limits based on household size:

– 3 Occupants: $48,900
– 4 Occupants: $54,300
– 5 Occupants: $58,680
– 6 Occupants: $63,000

To maintain the integrity of the community, credit, criminal and rental background checks are conducted on all applicants.

The minimum GROSS income is 2 1/2 times the rent.
